Delivery & Returns
Exclusive Chocolates operate a very simple postal charge policy.
All orders are despatched via MyHermes 2-5 day (most deliveries arrive in 2-3 days) service and postage is charged by weight.
If you require next day delivery this is £6.99 if ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday (no Saturday delivery).
Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods must be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. Claims outside this timescale will not be considered.
Any damages to packages must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged with courier.
Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
If you are a consumer (not business), you may change your mind at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods.
To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing and return the goods immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may refuse to refund you.
If you have cancelled the contract with us within the 7 day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible In this case, we will refund the price of the goods in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
