Luxury Fountain ready chocolate formulated and made exclusive to Chocolate Barns. Our chocolate is ideal for both home and commercial fountains.
The chocolate comes in the form of buttons and therefore is easy to melt as well as having extra cocoa butter added to help with viscosity, so there is no need to add oil or cocoa butter. All it requires is for the chocolate to be put into a suitable container and melted in the microwave in short bursts of one minute until the chocolate has melted, you simply just pour it into your fountain!
