Goods Damaged in Transit

All goods must be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. Claims out with this timescale will not be considered.

Any damages to packages must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged with courier.

Refunds

Refunds will be given at the company's discretion and are subject to a service charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Compensation and Liability

Exclusive Chocolates Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the failure or loss associated with the use or hire of products supplied by us.
